South Bay Associates (SBA) has been in business for over 25 years. We are currently located in the heart of the South Bay. SBA specializes in homes, apartments, condominiums and multi-unit dwellings. We also offer small business bookkeeping.

SBA Property Management
Specializing in the management of single family homes, 2-120 unit residential investment and mixed residential/commercial properties in the South Bay Area. Since starting business in 1990, SBA has emerged as one of the best property management firms in the South Bay Area. Our Motto, “We manage your property as if it were our own”.

SBA Bookkeeping
Specializing in small business bookkeeping. Small business owners have enough on their plate without worrying about generally accepted accounting principles. It makes a lot of sense for small businesses to outsource their bookkeeping services to a professional.

We are proud to be licensed with the California Department of Real Estate. We are also members of The South Bay Board of Realtors, Apartment Owners Association and California Apartment Association.
